Additional Experience

In addition to our featured past project experience, BENNA VICTOR team members have developed the following commercial properties:

  • Sandhill Station, Columbia, South Carolina: Retail center consisting of approximately 275,000 square feet when completed.

  • Greenway Village, Raleigh, North Carolina: Mixed use development with townhouses and 45,000 square feet of retail area.

  • Falls Village Shopping Center, Raleigh, North Carolina: Renovation and new construction of existing center. The area of the center was increased to 175,000 square feet of retail area and restaurant area.  Fresh Market, T. J. Maxx, Panera Bread Company  were primary tenants.

  • Princess Anne Marketplace, Virginia Beach, Virginia: An approximately 245,000 square foot retail center with Farm Fresh and Target as anchor tenants.

  • North/South Station, Garner, North Carolina: Completed additions to an approximately 350,000 square foot retail center at full build out.

  • The Forum, San Antonio, Texas: 1.2 million square foot retail development.  The project included major department store, home improvement center and various shops and restaurants.  Assisted in initial stages of project development.

  • Fairway Ridge Phases I and II: Property developed in two phases with a total of 226 apartment units.

  • Youngstown Apartments Phases I and II, Hagerstown, Maryland : Project constructed in two phases consisting of 228 apartment units.

  • Spring Hill Condominiums, Columbia, South Carolina: Development has approximately 36 condominium units.

  • Berkshire Condominiums, Columbia, South Carolina : A condominium community developed with 50 residential for sale units.

  • St. Andrews Shopping Center, Columbia, South Carolina: An approximately 60,000 square foot grocery anchored shopping center with Harris Teeter as the original grocery tenant.

  • Dentsville Square Shopping Center, Columbia, South Carolina: A grocery anchored shopping center with Harris Teeter as the original grocery tenant. The center consisted of approximately 65,000 square feet.

  • Harris Teeter Shopping Center, Shelby, North Carolina: An approximately 65,000 square foot grocery anchored shopping center with Harris Teeter as the original center tenant.

  • Shady Grove Metro Station, Rockville, Maryland: A residential community adjacent to the Metro Station in Rockville, Maryland.   The development consisted of more than 350 residential units including multi-family and townhouses. Provided fee services for entitlement and property disposition.

  • Gills Creek Subdivision, Columbia, SC: In-fill, high end residential community located in Forest Acres section of Columbia, SC
