Our niche is to find undervalued opportunities in prime locations and market them to buyers, retailers, hoteliers and other investors. We self develop, co-invest, joint venture or work on a fee basis.
We have accumulated specific expertise in mixed-use projects, public/private partnerships and value added opportunities, focusing solely on prime locations.
